Systems Design
3 x Fully Automatic 2 inch Filling Pigging Systems. Each System delivers Product from any one of four tanks to the filling machine. During the CIP and Sterilisation all Pigging system product contact surfaces are cleaned as part of the cycle.
Result
These systems resulted in a 4% increase in product yield, equating to 48,000 extra cans per week.
