System Design 1 x Semi Automatic 5 inch Product Separation Pigging System over 500m (1500ft). The HPS Pig acts as an interface between variants of chocolate. The HPS Pig is automatically inserted into the line at the changeover then new product pushes the Pig which in turn pushes the previous product to receiving tanks.

Results The success of this pigging system led to further orders from this client.
