Rowse Honey are the UK’s leading honey products company who also produce the highest quality dessert sauces and lemon curd.

Pigging System Design

 In succesful operation since 2008:

1 x HPS 2 inch Piggable Rotomatrix System from Sauces & Maple Syrup Hold Tanks to Fillers. This was a turnkey project with HPS providing an initial plant survey, mechanical & electrical Installation, Control Panels, heat tracing, new heat exchanger as well as all PLC & HMI Programming.

Plant Development Projects

HPS are assisting Rowse Honey in plant development and pipework rationalisation. One task that was successfully completed was de-commissioning of obsolete Telemechanique PLC Systems and replacing them with Allen Bradley Flex I/O Systems on ControlNet via Control Logix PLC's. This changeover was done with minimum interuption to production.

HPS have also assisted Rowse Honey with significant rework to the Melt Cabinet Systems, providing PLC Control Software and specific HMI Control Screens for all Melt Cabinets.

Our latest development project is to upgrade the existing network structure.

Additional Pigging Systems and expansion to the existing Rotomatrix are envisaged this year.
