System Design
In succesful operation since 1997:
1 x Fully Automatic 3 inch Filling Line Double Pig System. First Pig is pushed with the new product, preventing aeration /foaming. The second Pig is used to recover product remaining in the pipe when a batch transfer is complete.
Results
This system recovers: 400 x 500ml Bottles per pigging cycle
