We’re delighted to announce that we’ve appointed Lawrence Dunn as System Design Manager of our UK and European operations.

In this newly created role, Lawrence will be specialising in system design and will be helping HPS to develop optimal solutions that meet our client’s precise needs and solve their problems.

HPS Product Recovery Solutions, originally known as Hygienic Pigging Systems, has been in business since 1995. Since then, we’ve has enjoyed steady growth to become the world’s leading provider of liquid product recovery and transfer systems.

This global presence enables us to help many multinational corporations and smaller independents improve their yields, efficiency, profits and environmental credentials.

Our best practice pigging technology recovers useable product from processes, which means there is more for our clients to sell. In this way, pigging helps companies that process liquid increase their yields, reduce their waste and improve their productivity and efficiency. Pigging systems are also advantageous as they speed up CIP due to the high recovery rates of the HPS hygienic pig. This, in turn, means reduced water and chemical usage which saves money, time and resources and minimises wastage even further.

Therefore, it’s quite clear why pigging systems are becoming more and more predominant in industrial plants throughout the world. These include food, beverages, confectionery manufacturing plants as well as homecare, paint, cosmetics and pet food production facilities.

While we specialise in process pigging, we also produce liquid transfer and distribution systems. When we asked Lawrence what he was looking forward to most, he said “HPS are renowned for their market leading pigging solutions, but I can’t wait to show new and existing clients what can offer them in regard to the Automatrix Liquid Distribution System and liquid transfer solutions’.
