Survey Gives HPS 100% for Customer Satisfaction

Most Customers ‘Extremely Satisfied’ with HPS Spares Service in 2015.

Delivering successful product recovery and pigging solutions isn’t just about providing high quality equipment. It includes providing excellent quality system design, engineering, implementation, installation, software and commissioning. What’s more, it’s also vital to deliver great customer service and after-sales support.

Customer service is at the heart of everything we do at HPS. It’s embedded within our core brand values. One of the ways in which we achieve excellent customer service is by listening to our customers and taking on board all feedback, comments and suggestions.

Our sales and customer service teams regularly talk to our customers. In addition, like many companies, after we have commissioned a project or delivered spare parts or equipment, we ask our customers to complete a quick online survey. It’s completely optional of course, and anyone that responds can remain anonymous if they wish.

We’re pleased to say that, in 2015, of all the customers that answered the question in our online Spares Service Survey “Overall, how would you rate your experience of ordering spares from HPS?

So, all customers that completed the survey were either Extremely Satisfied or Satisfied – that’s a 100% customer satisfaction rate! No one said they were dissatisfied or extremely dissatisfied.

Not surprisingly, we are proud of this result and equally proud of our hard-working customer service team that helped achieve it.
