Our ISO 9001 certification ensures that our product recovery solutions, pigs and pigging products consistently meet our customers’ requirements and that we consistently and continuously review, and implement ways we can improve quality.
HPS has a procedural approach to quality management. We regularly perform internal audits to check our internal systems and procedures are working effectively. Our ISO 9001:2008 certification provides you with assurance that we provide consistent, good quality products and services.

To ensure we deliver excellent customer service, we listen to our customers and take on board all feedback, comments and suggestions. We do this by asking our customers to fill out a survey after we have commissioned a project or delivered spare parts. This allows us to regularly monitor and measure the level of satisfaction of our customers.

In practical terms this means we continuously review and regularly assess ways we in which we can improve the efficiency of our waste management, minimise our consumption of energy and materials and improve our methods of distribution.
We also ensure we train our employees in environmental issues, promote recycling and use of renewables, control noise and undertake a wide range of other activities to ensure effective environmental management.
