Once we’ve installed and commissioned your system, our engineers and after sales team are available to support you whenever you need.

We also have a dedicated spares department and customer care team available for questions, advice, or for arranging maintenance. We also have representatives around the world, so if you prefer you can contact your local HPS agent.

Planned Preventative Maintenance Programmes

Preventative planned maintenance ensures smooth running of your pigging system and equipment. This means less downtime, increased yield and an increase in productivity.

HPS maintenance programmes are designed around your requirements tailored exactly to suit you. HPS engineers will visit your site on agreed schedules and perform vital maintenance on your pigging equipment. This can include, for example, replacing serviceable parts, re-calibrating pig detectors and ensuring that the equipment is running efficiently.

Pigging System Software Support

We also offer software support contracts to help you deal with any unforeseen downtime. These include telephone support, dialling into the PLC over the internet or if required, visiting your to solve the problem.
