Role Overview

We have a new vacancy for a Business Support Administrator in our Nottingham, UK office.

Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will support the business on all aspects of business administration. This is an interesting and varied role which includes finance processing, sales and purchase order processing, shipping and a wide variety of general office administrative tasks. With excellent customer service skills, you must be comfortable working to strict deadlines and strive to continuously improve levels of information and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Operations (Estimate 20%)

Sales & Marketing (Estimate 5%)

Finance (Estimate 30%)

General Administrative Duties (Estimate 45%)

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

You will have at least two years’ experience in a similar role within an SME. With excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will be able to interact and engage confidently at all levels of a business both internally and externally. You’ll have good IT knowledge, particularly with applications such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). SAGE, Xero and experience of a CRM system would be useful but not essential.

With high energy and a positive, friendly demeanour, you’ll be a great team player with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment – focussing on results, outcomes, and taking the initiative to get things done.
