A Smooth Transition from Start to Finish

Once you’ve placed an order with HPS, we will select the team to deliver your project based on relevant experience and knowledge. This dedicated team will ensure your project’s smooth running and transition, right from placing of the order, to project completion.

When you are ready to start your project, we will schedule an initial meeting with you. This introduces you to the project team, and confirms your overall purpose and objectives.

In most cases, a project will contain a: Project Engineer, Sales Contact, Customer Care Manager, Group Operations Director and relevant Systems, Software and Process Engineers.

Communication is Key

Our knowledgeable, and professional project teams are all coordinated by a Project Engineer who remains a focal point throughout. They provide support at all stages of your project, and will regularly be in contact to update you on progress. They ensure everything is running smoothly and to schedule, and act as a single point of contact for any questions or queries you may have.

If required, they also help with commissioning your system, training your staff in its use, preventative maintenance and so on.

We adopt an open and communicative approach to ensure your peace of mind. Regular communication is important between us, and this ensures that the project runs efficiently and effectively from start to finish.
