Product Recovery (“Pigging”) Case Study – Pigging in Food Ingredients Manufacture
Here’s a short video case-study looking at how an HPS automatic pigging system is helping food ingredients manufacturer CP Kelco increase yields and reduce product losses.
CP Kelco is a well-known nature-based ingredient solutions company. They first contacted HPS because they wanted to increase yields and cut waste using HPS liquid product recovery (pigging) technology.
If they were not pigging, they estimate that losses would be around 1200 gallons of usable product each cycle. Pigging recovers nearly all of this.
